We want you to be sure before you pay — that’s why every student starts with 3 free classes and no card. If something isn’t right after you enrol, here’s how refunds work.
Monthly plans
- Cancel anytime before your next billing date and you won’t be charged again.
- If you cancel within 7 days of a monthly payment and have taken no more than 2 paid classes, we refund the unused classes in full.
- After that, the current month runs to the end and is not refunded.
Quarterly and 6-month plans
If you cancel a prepaid plan, we refund the remaining full months, minus the discount you received on the months already used (those months are recalculated at the monthly price).
When we always refund
- Classes we cancelled and could not reschedule or cover with a substitute.
- Duplicate or incorrect charges.
How to request a refund
Message us on WhatsApp (+1 (689) 267-4440) or email support@nurversequran.com with the student’s name. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
